Isanzi Property Managers Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through isanzi.com and related enquiry forms. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@isanzi.com.
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, message content, saved searches, account details, and payment-related information when you register, enquire about a property, book a viewing, or join our waitlist. Providing your data is voluntary. However, it is required to use certain services, such as listing a property, applying for a tenancy, or submitting an enquiry.
We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, manage listings, process payments, improve our services, and send updates you have requested. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Property enquiries are shared with the assigned Isanzi agent or relevant listing contact. We may also use trusted service providers for hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing under appropriate agreements. We share data with regulators where legally required, including the Rwanda Revenue Authority, the Financial Intelligence Centre, and the National Land Authority. We share data with notaries and banks where required to complete a transaction you have asked us to handle. Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Rwanda. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. See our full Retention Schedule for details. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access control, encryption, and multi-factor authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take our obligations seriously.
