Student Accommodation

Finding student accommodation in Rwanda is about more than just a room. Location relative to campus, safety, transport, whether the water and electricity are reliable, and the general vibe of the neighbourhood all matter. This is often the first time a student is living away from home, so these things carry more weight than they might otherwise.

Options range from university hostels and shared housing to private rentals near the main campuses in Kigali and Huye. Some landlords cater specifically to students with furnished rooms and all inclusive arrangements. Others offer standard residential leases that students can share. We list student accommodation across Rwanda with clear information on each option, so students and parents can compare and make a decision they're comfortable with.
